This is a full-time role as a Credit Control Manager at MMBA Accountants. As a Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for managing credit control activities, including credit management, debt collection, and financial analysis. This is an on-site role located in Islamabad.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers and recommend credit limits.
- Monitor credit limits and terms of payment, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Manage the company\'s accounts receivable portfolio effectively.
- Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and collections status.
- Analyze aged debt reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Forecast cash flow projections based on collection trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to credit control.
- Assess and mitigate credit risks through credit checks and risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Credit Control and Credit Management skills
- Analytical skills
- Debt Collection experience
- Finance knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional certification in credit management or ACCA, CA related field is a plus
