What is AM Compliance - Co-Ordination - MMBL?

To maintain close Coordination with all functional departments for timely provision of data/information required by SBP related to Offsite/Onsite-Inspections of Bank, Adhoc data requirements and regular reporting in a timely manner
Timely Address queries received from different SBP Departments and maintain a close liaison and strong relationship with SBP s respective departments for resolution of significant compliance related matters
Present Bank s point of view of against significant regulatory matters in front of SBP/Government Authorities
Conduct Offsite/Onsite Compliance Reviews and ensure extensive follow up and resolution of Non-Compliance issues identified during onsite/offsite reviews
Maintain a close liaison and working relationship with DFS for addressing Regulatory matters and bottlenecks
To provide guidance to respective Head Office departments regarding Compliance/Regulatory matters and play an active role in resolution of identified non-compliance & concerns
To prepare reports/MIS/Dashboards for review of Compliance Department Management for onwards reporting to CCM and BRMCC.
To Provide Training to Bank Staff on Regulatory requirements
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Departmental Management

Essential Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Economics
Having 4-5 years of total experience of working in with Regulated Institutions/Banks/Financial
