Assist in implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with SBP, COBIT, and ITIL.
Support regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to SBP guidelines.
Help maintain ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance in coordination with ISRM and IT teams.
Assist in IT risk assessments, identifying gaps and suggesting mitigations.
Support internal and external IT audits, ensuring compliance documentation is maintained.
Monitor IT change management processes, ensuring adherence to risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare IT governance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Conduct basic training and awareness sessions for IT teams on governance best practices.
Identify areas for continuous improvement in IT governance processes.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be AM IT Governance - MMBL?

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 2 4 years in IT governance, risk management, or compliance (preferably in banking/financial services).
Certifications (Preferred): COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 Foundation (Plus point but not mandatory).
Key Skills: IT governance framework understanding, compliance reporting, audit assistance, documentation, and basic risk management.
