• Timely & efficient management of the Corporate Finance Segment of Back Office Treasury Operations. effective coordination with multiple stakeholders to achieve the results within stipulated time frame.
    • 1. Prepare and process documentation for account opening, ensuring end-to-end completion.
    • 2. Manage the signature updating exercise in banks, including preparation for CIFs and bio-metric verification.
    • 3. Compile and submit documentation for RF lines, new corporate finance facilities, and facility renewals.
    • 4. Prepare documentation for corporate guarantees, borrowing lines, term deposit receipts (TDRs), and charge registrations.
    • 5. Arrange and oversee the end-to-end process for fresh cash deliveries to branches.
    • 6. Prepare and submit the Liquidity Report (LR) for weekly group reporting.
    • 7. Complete monthly group reporting, including debt reporting, mark-to-market (MTM) files, and other financial disclosures.
    • 8. Issue purchase orders (POs) for bid placements.
    • 9. Maintain and manage treasury portfolio records and data.
    • 10. Coordinate with financial institutions for the activation of money market lines and commercial borrowing lines.
    • 11. Oversee the end-to-end process for issuing bank guarantees as required by internal stakeholders.
    • 12. Provide complete end-to-end backup support for the Money Market Dealer.
    • 13. Assist in automation projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
    • 14. Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Branchless Banking, and Core departments to ensure timely arrangement of documents.
    • 15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager to support operational efficiency.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree However Master would prefer
    • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience will be preferred
    • Certifications (Preferred): MS Office
    • Key Skills: Process Management, Coordination and Liaison, Reporting and Data Management.
