• Timely & efficiently managing the transfers funds through the available used mediums. Effective coordination with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the task is completed timely. Resolution of the queries in an effective way.
    • 1. Process fund settlements through RTGS, ensuring accuracy based on data from the Data Reporting Unit and reconciliations from the Reconciliation Unit.
    • 2. Settle funds for internal client collections, verifying data received from the Data Reporting Unit and reconciliations from the Reconciliation Unit.
    • 3. Manage fund settlements for donations using system-extracted data, reconciliation reports, and data reporting insights.
    • 4. Compute bank charges, taxes, and commissions for companies in accordance with banking agreements.
    • 5. Accurately post General Ledger (GL) entries across CBS, the branchless banking system, and OFS.
    • 6. Perform reconciliation of internal GLs and client accounts, verifying all transactions and ensuring accuracy in the payment process.
    • 7. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of daily settlements.
    • 8. Address and resolve queries raised by corporate clients in a timely and efficient manner.
    • 9. Assist and coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
    • 10. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Manager to support operational efficiency.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree However Master would prefer
    • Experience: 1-2 relevant experienced will be preferred
    • Certifications (Preferred): MS Office
