• Manager of Communications creates well-researched content for online and print media, develops visually compelling presentations and videos, and manages social media campaigns. They provide internal communications services, produce corporate presentations and newsletters, and organize employee engagement activities.     • Produce well-researched content/articles for publication online (Tier-1 blogs, social media) and in traditional print media (newspapers, magazines)
    • Create visually compelling presentations, artworks, videos
    • Build a strong social media presence by executing social media campaigns and effectively manage all company social media accounts
    • Provide routine internal communications services to organizational stakeholders (content writing, CXO messages, vetting of messages, alignment with external communications to ensure language consistency)
    • Develop organization information collateral/corporate presentation/newsletters
    • Set up an internal workplace to celebrate organizational/departmental achievements and encourage employee engagement
    • Organize senior leadership townhalls and employee engagement campaigns
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends/topics/opportunities and produce business relevant analysis/reports for consumption of senior management.
    • Initiate and oversea the execution of internal and external events and conferences aligned with business goals
    • Assess the credibility of partner organizations and provide support for initiating and materializing contracts through internal coordination
    • Multi-domain stakeholder management on all levels
    • Show ample initiative and creative thinking to help the Bank transition into more sustainable internal and external practices
    • Utilize network of influencers to enhance visibility for the organization nationwide
    • Hold a Bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA/Post-Graduate will be preferable.
    • Have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in microfinance industry.
