Moghal Industries is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
- Facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and reference verifications.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
- Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, attendance, and leave balances.
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee queries regarding payments.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
