We are seeking motivated and results-driven Call Center Agents to join our team for a UK-based claims campaign. The role involves outbound dialing to both warm and cold leads, with a focus on generating interest and qualifying leads for Housing Disrepair (HDR) and other claims. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, preferably working on UK campaigns and a strong understanding of claims processes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Dialing:
    • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate interest in UK-based claims, particularly Housing Disrepair (HDR).
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of the claims process and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  2. Lead Qualification:
    • Assess leads to determine their eligibility for claims, ensuring accurate and detailed information is collected.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with potential claimants.
  3. Claims Knowledge:
    • Utilize knowledge of HDR and other claims processes to answer queries and provide relevant information to leads.
    • Stay updated on UK claims regulations and campaign requirements.
  4. Data Management:
    • Accurately record and update lead information in the CRM system.
    • Ensure all data is handled in compliance with data protection regulations.
  5. Target Achievement:
    • Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions.
    • Continuously strive to improve performance through feedback and training.
  6. Customer Service:
    • Provide a positive and professional experience for all leads, building trust and rapport.
    • Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a high level of resilience.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with team members and supervisors to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    • Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably working on UK-based campaigns.
    • Knowledge of UK-based claims campaigns, particularly Housing Disrepair (HDR), is highly desirable.
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle objections and convert leads.
    • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics.
  3. Attributes:
    • Resilient, confident, and proactive attitude.
    • Empathetic and patient when dealing with potential claimants.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software.
    • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  5. Availability:
    • Willingness to work onsite in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, during the hours of 2 PM – 11 PM (Monday to Friday).

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 per month.
