Accounts Officer is mainly responsible for keeping record of overall sales, invoicing & receivables of different hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining receivables ledgers for various clients and hospitals.
- Generate invoices and ensure their timely submission, along with maintaining receiving records.
- Maintain Excel sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support monthly receivables reconciliation with clients.
- Prepare various reports as required by management or clients.
- Generating Delivery Challans (DCs) and Receiving Challans (RCs) using relevant software.
- Assist in other relevant tasks as needed.
Experience:
At least 1-year experience in Accounting & Finance, enabling ideal candidate to fit-in into professional life.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
Skills:
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including the double-entry system and other relevant accounting skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations and internet usage.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS Word.
- Familiarity with accounting and inventory management software (experience preferred).
- Good command of both Urdu and English for effective communication.
