A GSA Open Market Bidding Expert is responsible for managing and executing the bidding process for open market contracts with the General Services Administration (GSA)

- Identifying Opportunities: Research and identify open market bidding opportunities through various channels, including SAM gov.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and compliance documentation.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of bids.
- Compliance: Ensure all bids comply with GSA regulations and requirements, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and delivery terms.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all bids, contracts, and related documentation.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on bidding activities and outcomes to management.
