As a Sales Executive at MS Protein Farms, you play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing revenue by effectively building and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough product knowledge sessions to educate customers about fresh and frozen chicken products.
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of products to potential customers and negotiate pricing for favorable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to strategize on effective sales campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales leads, customer interactions, and product updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales volumes and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare and present daily marketing and recovery reports to management to track performance and growth opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
