Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers through various lead generation methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough product knowledge sessions to educate customers about fresh and frozen chicken products.
Present and demonstrate the benefits of products to potential customers and negotiate pricing for favorable outcomes.
Work closely with the marketing team to strategize on effective sales campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of sales leads, customer interactions, and product updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales volumes and adjust tactics accordingly.
Prepare and present daily marketing and recovery reports to management to track performance and growth opportunities.
Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
