- Managing all accounting transactions.
- Reconciliation of banks, c/c accounts, accounts payable and receivable.
- Constructing and reviewing financial report (monthly, quarterly and annual closings).
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage the team of accountants under your supervision.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company finances and improve efficiency.
- Support the CFO/Accounts Manager in financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with auditors, ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior accountants to build a strong finance team.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
