We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager - Printing Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in file management, data processing, customer account management, and report generation. This role requires a proactive approach to handling ad-hoc requests, troubleshooting software applications, and supporting our lease and retail business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage files using FTP locations and Microsoft Teams, ensuring secure and organized storage and retrieval.
  • Handle client data processing, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to relevant systems.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for software applications, resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee mailing and shipping processes, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Manage customer accounts, including preparation, analysis, and maintenance of account information.
  • Support lease and retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Generate right to cure letters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to and manage client ad-hoc requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare various reports for internal teams, management, and external customers, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in file management using FTP locations and Microsoft Teams.
  • Proficient in processing and loading client data with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting software applications.
  • Knowledge of mailing and shipping operations.
  • Understanding of customer accounts management, lease, and retail business operations.
  • Experience in generating right to cure letters and handling client ad-hoc requests.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and manage customer accounts information.
  • Experience in preparing reports for various stakeholders.
