Mubarak Vision is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding Sales Team in Lahore. In this role, you play a pivotal part in driving sales growth by cultivating relationships with both new and existing clients. Your focus will be on developing sales strategies based on a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive market dynamics. As a Sales Representative, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team, including managing a group of 30 sales professionals, to meet and exceed sales targets effectively. This role offers a combination of a competitive base salary, daily allowances, and a performance-based commission structure, fostering an environment where your contributions directly impact the companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize existing and potential customers to visit based on agreed-upon targets, ensuring adequate coverage of the assigned region.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to manage sales opportunities, converting prospects into clients effectively through strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by adopting innovative sales strategies that resonate with client needs and marketplace demands.
  • Engage in thorough discussions with customers to understand their activities, needs, and goals, and leverage this information to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Oversee the implementation of client contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and fostering positive long-term relationships.
  • Identify areas for improvement to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline processes, improve product delivery, and increase sales efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to assess competitor activities, industry developments, and product innovations, providing timely feedback to management and relevant departments.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, adjusting forecasts as necessary to reflect changing market conditions and ensure proactive course corrections.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies surrounding operational processes and CRM software, ensuring compliance in all sales activities.
  • Utilize market intelligence to discover and establish new sales channels, expanding the company's market presence and client base.
  • Employ sales-specific systems to effectively manage your sales pipeline and track progress against set sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various territories and regions to share best practices, coordinate projects, and improve sales strategies on a multi-country level.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
