We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Sales Team for its US Campaign.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
Schedule calls and follow-ups with clients.
Use exceptional sales skills to convert potential leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, and IT Sales campaigns is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and work under pressure.
Strong sales drive and ambition to grow with the company.
Punctuality and a professional work ethic are a must.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Up to 150,000 PKR/month (Basic) + Lucrative & Uncapped Incentives.
