The scope of work is given below:

Prepare and submit annual income tax return of Muslim Aid Pakistan as required by Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and related rules.
Timely submission of Withholding Taxes (Suppliers, Services, Salary Tax and GST) to FBR.
Provide the CPR’s against the deposit Payments.
Review of annual accounts, give the opinion keeping in view any potential tax liability.
Prepare and Submit Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax Returns.
Provide guidance on matters related to Income & Sales Tax issues related to Muslim Aid Pakistan.
Submit application for processing income tax refund and follow-up with income tax officials.
Provide Tax Consultancy on issues arising from actual and anticipated lawsuits; anticipate and guard against legal risks, being faced or to be faced by Muslim Aid Pakistan.
Address the queries of FBR and update to Muslim Aid if any change occurred in tax during the year from the GOP
Represent the organization in various legal proceedings; prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery and stipulations as and when required.
In answer to Muslim Aid Pakistan's questions and/or problems occurred in Muslim Aid Pakistan's daily operations, the Consultant shall give Muslim Aid Pakistan verbal and written legal advisory opinions in line with Tax laws and regulations and will be responsible for the opinions and advices.
Provide Muslim aid Pakistan with updated information over tax law revisions and latest tax regulations.
Maintain documentation of Muslim Aid Pakistan’s taxation matters.
Keep confidentially of information while acting as a Tax Consultant of Muslim Aid Pakistan.
Organizing a refresher session (once in a quarter) for Muslim Aid staff to orient them on changes/updates in taxation laws.
Any other taxation related task assigned by Muslim Aid Pakistan.
