We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Creator to join our team. This role involves translating marketing strategies into engaging, impactful content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms. You will oversee content creation, including social media posts, videos, visuals, and ad campaigns, while collaborating with graphic designers, videographers, and web developers to deliver exceptional results. Content Development and Strategy

  • Develop engaging social media content aligned with the latest trends and best practices across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT to craft compelling copy, captions, and ad text for A/B testing and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful marketing assets, including campaigns, videos, visuals, and social media posts.

2. Creative Direction and Execution

  • Act as a bridge between the Marketing Growth Strategist and the creative team, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and meet specifications.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall marketing goals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and refine content ideas, providing clear creative direction to copywriters, designers, and videographers.

3. Collaboration and Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer, video editor, and web developer to brief them on creative requirements and ensure the final output meets campaign objectives
  • Work closely with the Marketing Growth Strategist to align content with broader campaign goals and user engagement strategies.
  • Provide detailed, actionable briefs to creative staff, offering input on visual and messaging direction for optimal execution.

4. Quality Assurance

  • Review and approve all creative content, ensuring it adheres to brand standards and is optimized for each platform’s audience.
  • Test different creative approaches (e.g., messaging, visuals) and refine them based on performance feedback and A/B testing insights.

5. Trend Analysis and Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in digital content creation to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Experiment with new creative approaches and content formats to engage audiences and drive conversions.

6. Team Leadership and Communication

  • Foster a collaborative and productive environment for the creative team, encouraging innovation and ensuring alignment with project deadlines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creative feedback, ensuring team efforts are cohesive and aligned with campaign objectives.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or creative direction roles.
  • Demonstrated success in producing high-quality content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, with a strong ability to craft compelling and culturally relevant content for diverse audiences.

Skills:

  •  Bilingual proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including content calendars and creative workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and copywriting.
  • Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and provide actionable creative direction to designers and videographers.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific nuances
  • Experience with A/B testing creative assets and using performance data to refine strategies.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience managing creative campaigns for startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) for organizing creative workflows.
  • Background in video production or photography is a plus.
