We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Lead Generation & Relationship Manager to help us drive business growth across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit, and other social media channels. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, generating qualified leads, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between our company and prospects. If you are a social media-savvy individual with a flair for relationship management and a passion for revenue cycle management (RCM), we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage & Optimize Multiple Social Media Platforms – Take charge of our LinkedIn, Reddit, and other social channels to expand our network and drive engagement.
Lead Generation – Research, identify, and target potential leads across multiple platforms using innovative outreach methods.
Relationship Building – Engage with prospects and clients through personalized messaging to foster strong relationships and increase lead conversion.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create and implement lead generation strategies that align with our business goals.
Track Metrics & Report – Monitor and report on lead generation performance, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Stay Informed – Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to maximize lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (written, spoken, reading).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Comfortable engaging with people and building rapport.
Social Media Knowledge – Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant social sites.
Self-motivated & Organized – Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Experience in Lead Generation/Sales – Prior experience is a plus.
Comfortable with Night Shifts – The shift is from 7 AM to 4 PM (Monday to Friday).
