We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our dispatch services team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our dispatching services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and generate new business leads for dispatch services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored dispatch solutions.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our dispatch services.
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and integration of new clients
