Naseeb Online is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. With a focus on sourcing and attracting top technical talent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting candidates with outstanding career opportunities. You will utilize your communication and interviewing skills to assess candidates capabilities and fit within our organization. Your understanding of technical roles and tools will enable you to collaborate effectively with hiring managers in identifying the best candidates for their teams. Additionally, as the lead recruiter, you will manage a team of 5 recruiters, driving recruitment strategies and mentoring your team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting structured interviews. Your technical knowledge is essential to assess candidates' skills accurately and ensure they meet the needs of our company. You will leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate engagement. With at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, you will bring your expertise to help Naseeb Online grow and flourish by building an exceptional workforce.
