Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 sales and marketing professionals to achieve targeted performance metrics.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between market demands and product offerings.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market activity, and strategic recommendations.
Oversee the creation and delivery of high-impact marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize investment in advertising, promotions, and events.
Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
