Lead the social mobilization process, and identify hotspots, villages, and members for establishing Aawaz II Village Forums (VFs), with the support of the Project Coordinator.
Coordinate regularly with VFs and their Focal Persons and lead the identification process of Aawaz Aaghai Centers (AACs) and Resource Persons.
Manage VFs and other community structures and organize behavior change activities with local communities on programme thematic areas.
Support Resource Persons in organizing community dialogues for the formation of the AACs and engage with key community stakeholders in identified villages.
Lead VF formation, in coordination with the Project Coordinator and support Resource Persons for managing VF meetings and activities.
Support Resource Persons and VFs for developing plans maintaining records, organization activities and holding dialogues etc.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
