Receive and inspect all incoming materials (Medicines/Chemicals) and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders; report, document and track damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Receive, store and tag commodities (LLIN’s, RDT, ACT, Reagents etc) and prepares commodities lists.
Receive and store documents and files; maintains record of approved documents.
Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Deliver items for all health facilities as requested.
Handle and document storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
Manage transportation of Medicines/Chemical according as per cold storage guidelines.
Maintain the warehouse, record area and store area in a neat and orderly manner.
Answer questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus items.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
