We are seeking an HR / IT Recruiter with a strong technical background and a proven track record in recruiting top talent for IT and engineering roles. This role requires a deep understanding of technical job markets and the ability to align candidate profiles with strategic business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of IT and Engineering departments. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess technical skills, and coordinate technical interviews with relevant team leaders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and understand the skills and team fit needed for various roles.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Implement innovative recruiting strategies to source and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds. Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Coordinate with HR and department heads for any necessary training.
  • Performance Metrics: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background or familiarity with IT and engineering disciplines is highly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of recruitment experience in IT and/or engineering fields, with a proven ability to fill both technical and leadership roles.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Personal Attributes: Must be a proactive and strategic thinker with a perfectionist approach, capable of delivering high-quality recruitment services in a fast-paced environment.
