The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of twenty professionals and will play a key role in enhancing the technical capabilities of staff and clients through structured training sessions. The position demands hands-on experience in the latest technological advancements in data science and a passion for educating others in this rapidly evolving field. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in data science, focusing on machine learning, data visualization, and other relevant skills.
Utilize various training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and enhance knowledge retention.
Create and maintain instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources tailored to the needs of a diverse audience.
Coach and mentor team members and participants to foster professional growth and enhance technical expertise.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and update training content accordingly.
Collaborate with management and other departments to identify training needs and align programs with company goals.
Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and workshops to give participants practical experience in applying machine learning techniques.
Assist in deploying AI models on various cloud platforms to provide real-world project scenarios during training.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff and clients after training sessions to reinforce learning outcomes.
Cultivate a positive learning environment that encourages engagement and enthusiasm for data science.
