Network Squad Ltd. is seeking a skilled and certified System Engineer to join our team in the Karachi office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system administration, cloud services, and IT infrastructure, with specific expertise in Microsoft technologies. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and possess the AZ-104, AZ-140, and Microsoft 365 certifications, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and oversee the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Configure, manage, and support virtual desktop environments using Azure Virtual Desktop (AZ-140).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree
- AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
- AZ-140: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or higher.
- Proven experience in system administration, IT infrastructure management, and cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
