We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role will support the senior management team in making informed financial decisions to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
Prepare and monitor budgets, including real estate projects and operational costs.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Handle tax-related matters, including filing returns and ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and ensure cash flow is properly managed.
Assist with financial forecasting and planning for real estate investments and projects.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all financial transactions.
Prepare and coordinate audits with external auditors.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
Provide financial advice and support to management regarding investments and financial strategy.
