Nexkill is seeking a highly skilled IT Person with expertise in networking, cybersecurity, system administration, and database management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the technological framework of the organization. The IT Person will ensure that all systems are running smoothly, investigate and resolve issues swiftly, and implement solutions to prevent future problems. With a strong focus on cybersecurity, the IT Person will also work to protect the companys network and data from potential threats while maintaining efficient performance across all digital platforms. Given the nature of the role, the IT Person will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to support technological needs without managing a team directly.
Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the performance of all IT systems, ensuring they remain reliable and efficient.
Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's network and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Perform regular system backups and data recovery processes to prevent data loss.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for software and hardware systems, assisting team members in resolving technological problems.
