Job Requirements:
- oversee the financial operations, creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting assessments of financial procedures.
- Understanding of financial trends both within the company and Country Economy and management of these trends effecting the company.
- Assists management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission.
- Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners.
- Reducing process discrepancies by accurately maintaining performance reporting data systems.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with taxation and legal matters.
- Import Export transaction handling and documentation Management.
- International Supplier correspondence.
- Bank dealing regarding import Export.
- Creation of all necessary reports to assist with financial planning.
- Liaising with all parties involved in financial transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills
