We seek a self-driven, enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in cold calling and a proven sales track record, ideally in the local B2B market for products or services.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads from various platforms, including LinkedIn and business directories.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients and develop a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Quickly learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Present product features and benefits to clients effectively, adapting to client needs and feedback.
Use CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Key Requirements:

Holding a relevant bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in cold calling and achieving sales targets.
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the local market.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Ability to work under sales pressure.
Capability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
Self-motivated, coachable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to adapt quickly and continuously improve through feedback and coaching.
