PKR. 125,000 - 150,000/Month

Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clear and concise proposals that meet the customers needs.
Develop and implement technical strategies and solutions that address client needs, differentiate the company from competitors, and maximize win potential.
Work with the sales team to ensure that proposals are aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and ensuring that proposals are submitted on time and within budget.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
Lead & train proposal engineers.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all activities.
Any other task assigned by Line Manager / Sr. Management.
