We are seeking a talented female Bag Tech Pack Specialist to join our team remotely. This position is with a Norway-based company, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our bag production process. The Bag Tech Pack Specialist will be responsible for creating comprehensive digital technical packs to facilitate the manufacturing of our bags.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Pack Development: Create detailed and precise digital Bag Tech Packs, including CAD drawings, specifications, materials, and accessory information. Ensure that Tech Packs are clear, concise, and production-ready.

Material and Accessory Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance on materials and accessories selection, including sourcing alternatives when necessary. Collaborate with manufacturers to address any knowledge gaps in the production process.

Quality Assurance: Review and approve samples and production runs to ensure they meet the specified standards outlined in the Tech Packs. Address any deviations or issues promptly.

Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the production process.

Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and production techniques to continuously improve our bag designs and production processes.
