Novus Berg LLC is looking for an HR Associate to join their expanding Headhunting operations. The position will be Remote/Home Based, with a high degree of autonomy required. The position will suit a self starter, someone who can organize themselves and work effectively once given direction.
Position will suit an individual with experience in HR and/or a HR related Degree.
The candidate will have:
- A minimum of a BA Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance/Law/HR/Computing/IT or closely related degree
- A minimum of 2 years of practical work experience within a HR/Finance/Legal/IT based role
- Experience with 'LinkedIn Recruiter' will be highly desirable
- A comprehensive Benefits package will be provided with all the tools needed to execute the positions remotely (ie Laptop etc).
