As a Call Center Agent / Closer, you will be responsible for making approximately 200 calls per day and securing 15 to 20 appointments daily. You should be able to engage prospects effortlessly, creating a sense of trust and camaraderie that enhances the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 200+ outbound calls per day to potential customers.
  • Engage in warm, friendly, and persuasive conversations to build trust with prospects.
  • Book and confirm 15 to 20 appointments daily for in-person or virtual sales consultations.
  • Overcome objections effectively and ensure a high conversion rate from calls to appointments.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and maintain an organized pipeline of potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to deal closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and appointment setting (preferably in the automotive industry).
  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear and professional accent.
  • A friendly and engaging personality that helps in building rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the car industry is a significant advantage.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in past roles.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
