Accounts Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an "Accounts Officer". As an integral part of our finance team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of accounting functions, including financial recording, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.

Qualification: BBA/MBA/M.COM/B.com/ACCA Part-qualified/CA (Continue)

Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of experience in Well Known Firms will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Accurate financial recording, including transaction entries and preparation of statements, reports, and budgets.
Efficient cash management, monitoring banking activities, and reconciling bank statements.
Processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining precise records of payable.
Generating and sending invoices, monitoring receivables, and managing overdue payments.
Reconciling bank statements with financial records for accuracy.
Managing employee expense reports, reviewing claims, and processing reimbursements.
General ledger maintenance, posting journal entries, and ensuring proper transaction classification.
Assisting in financial reporting, tax compliance, and providing support for audits.
Conducting financial analysis activities such as variance analysis and cost analysis.

Requirements

Strong communication skills for collaboration and addressing inquiries related to accounting matters.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Proficiency in accounting software for maintaining accurate financial records.
Experience in team management, including supervision and mentoring of accounting staff.
