Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Finance. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including financial recording, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Support in managing accounting records and ensure accuracy.
Perform reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions.
Assist in audits and help prepare required audit documentation.
Handle financial data entry and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support in tax filings and compliance matters as directed.
Assist in preparing financial analyses and projections.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures.

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication.
Solid understanding of computer operations and related systems.
