We are seeking a talented Formulation Expert to join our skincare team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in formulating creams, lotions, and serums, with a deep understanding of the skincare industry.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry, with a strong focus on creams, lotions, and serums.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize formulations for skincare products, including creams, lotions, and serums.
Conduct research and testing to identify the best ingredients and processes for skincare formulations.
Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure formulations are scalable and meet industry standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to continuously improve product formulations.
Ensure all formulations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Document formulation processes, trials, and results, and maintain detailed records for future reference.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and launching successful skincare products.
Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and formulation techniques in skincare.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
