We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media/SEO Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and stay up-to-date with social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO techniques and YouTube.
Create engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each platform.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong community.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize performance.
Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnerships to expand reach.
Track competitor activity and industry trends to improve strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising is a plus.
