Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Identify and pursue B2B and B2C catering opportunities (corporate events, weddings, private functions, etc.).
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and expos.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
