Duties & responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.

Identify key risks and controls within the operational processes under review.
Develop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
Execute risk-based audit procedures in alignment with company policies & SOP.
Prepare audit reports.
Deliver presentations the audit opening and closing meetings.
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced staff.

Daily tasks:

Check call recordings; text messages to identify non-compliance of SOP
Check on hourly reports to ensure all tickets are being followed-up as per deadline.
Give penalty to every violation of rules with notice of Operational Manager
Daily Summary of findings.
