Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide helpful and timely assistance with product information, troubleshooting, and issues.
Issue Resolution:
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues for swift resolution.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of OLX’s products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Stay updated on product changes and promotions to better serve customers.
Communication:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in writing and verbally.
- Adapt communication style to meet different customer needs while maintaining professionalism.
Customer Feedback & Administrative Tasks:
- Collect customer feedback to suggest improvements.
- Perform administrative duties such as processing orders, and returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Skills Required:
Strong Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions quickly.
Attention to Detail:
- Meticulous in handling customer queries and keeping accurate records.
Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
Empathy & Patience:
- A patient and empathetic approach to understanding and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.
