We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Quality Control Manager who can play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the Quality Control processes for our gloves & Gears products. The Candidate will be responsible for managing & planning the Quality Control measures of all the products by ensuring the quality standards.

The Candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as the Quality Control Manager in Glove Production. The Candidate will manage the following:

Planning, Management and Implementation of Quality Control Strategies.
Coordination with the production teams to ensure the quality measures in the production process.
Assistance to the hall supervisors for checking all the activities as per planned strategies.
Conducting the Pre-Production meeting with the production team.
Inspection for quality control in production halls during the production process.
Final Inspection of the product as per SOP & quality criteria to make sure the Quality Product.
Taking all the responsibility of the product in aspect quality.
Reporting to GM & CEO regarding the final inspection.
