We are seeking a Senior Upwork Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working on Upwork, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client accounts on Upwork
- Develop and execute Upwork marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Provide guidance and support to junior Upwork Specialists and Bidders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Upwork projects are completed on time and within budget
- Continuously monitor and optimize client accounts to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Upwork
- Strong understanding of Upwork platform and its features
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience managing and growing client accounts.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
