We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Finance CSR Agent for Outbound Recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues, as per provided guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM Software
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Follow-up on customer complaints
- Enter tracking and coding information accurately
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Receivables Recovery and Follow up calls
- Social Media Handling
- Email Support
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field.
- Ability to handle pressure with empathy
- Should be flexible with the timings
- Fluency in English with neutral accent
- Minimum 1-2 years contact center experience required
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications and the ability to type 30 wpm
- Should be flexible to work in different shift timings 24/7

- Timings: 8 am to 4 pm, 4pm to 12.00 am, 12.00 am to 8.00 am - 06 days a week and 01 day off as per roster
- Gross Salary Range is Rs. 28,000/- per month Plus 4,000 KPI, inclusive of all allowances.
