Monitor appropriate sources and collect requests for quotes / Sales Orders.
* Research and gather data needed to properly respond to quote.
* Review Hard copy PO and create Sales Order.
* Ensure completion of information for smooth and accurate processing.
* Ensure application of best pricing.
* Ensure selection of best source/coordinate with vendors for updated pricing info and product reservation (required based on current stock count)
* Timely routing to appropriate recipients against customer deadlines.
* Timely routing to appropriate recipients of hard copy POs or other required documents.
* Timely follow up with appropriate parties on routed quotes /Sales Orders against customer deadlines.
* Submit updated Daily Quote/ Sales Order Report to A/E, CSR (HQ), and appropriate management.
Note: This is a permanent night shift job and timings will be 08:00pm-05:00am
