Manager Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by regulatory authorities such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other pertinent bodies.

2. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls to address regulatory requirements and mitigate risks effectively.

3. Conduct regular compliance monitoring and reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of non-compliance. Prepare and submit regulatory reports as necessary.

4. Identify and assess compliance risks associated with the mutual fund's operations and investment activities. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with risk management policies.

5. Conduct compliance training programs for employees to enhance awareness of regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

6. Investigate compliance breaches, incidents, and complaints. Develop and implement remediation plans to address issues and prevent recurrence.

7. Oversee compliance-related activities performed by third-party service providers, including custodians, administrators, and investment managers, to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

8. Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders on compliance-related matters. Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and accurately.
