We are looking for a "Sales Manager" from the FMCG industry to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies:
Collaborate with senior management to set sales objectives and strategies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Develop and implement sales plans, including setting sales targets and quotas.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Set clear sales targets and goals for the team and monitor their progress.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage teamwork and individual success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.
Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to assess performance and address challenges.
Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies and meet customer needs.
Provide feedback and insights from the field to assist in product development and enhancements.
Collaborate with the finance department to develop sales budgets and pricing strategies.
Continuously expand knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance skills and stay informed.
