Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
Ensure timely and effective onboarding of new employees, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and introductions to the team.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best fit for open positions.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, benefits, and conflict resolution.
Support employee engagement initiatives to maintain high levels of motivation and job satisfaction.
Promote a positive organizational culture through regular employee communication and engagement activities.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and tracking employee progress.
Provide support to managers on addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.
Develop and maintain systems for tracking employee performance metrics.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Process employee payroll information, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Administer employee benefits programs and resolve any related issues or inquiries.
Training & Development:
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and organizing relevant training sessions for employees.
Support the continuous learning environment within the organization.
Compliance & Legal Responsibilities:
Stay informed of local, state, and federal labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Assist in managing employee contracts, ensuring they adhere to legal requirements.
Prepare reports and documentation for audits as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
