Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in customer service and sales to make proactive sales calls to new target customers.
Present and share the company portfolio effectively, securing appointments for management or sales staff meetings
Report directly to the Sales Manager or Commercial Head, providing regular updates on customer interactions, sales progress, and market insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new potential clients in alignment with the sales plan, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.

Proven record of success in customer service and sales roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
