We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IELTS Instructor/Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven professional experience in IELTS teaching and possess the skills to motivate and inspire candidates. As an IELTS Instructor/Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive IELTS preparation classes, developing lesson plans, monitoring candidate progress, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS Preparation Classes:

Teach all four modules: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
Provide in-depth instruction and strategies to help candidates excel in the IELTS exam.

Lesson Planning & Implementation:

Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to the varying levels of English proficiency among candidates.
Ensure that lesson plans are aligned with the latest IELTS exam trends and best practices.

Candidate Progress Monitoring:

Assess and monitor candidates' progress throughout the course.
Provide regular feedback, identify areas for improvement, and suggest strategies for candidates to enhance their performance.

Create a Positive Learning Environment:

Foster an engaging and interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
Build candidates' confidence through positive reinforcement and support.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam.
Continuously improve teaching methods by incorporating new techniques and tools.
